    Hero Ingredients

    Ferric pyrophosphate (Iron)- an easily absorbable form of iron that does not upset the digestion. Is a key component of haemoglobin, which is the oxygen carrying pigment in red blood cells. Is also involved in oxygen storage in the muscles and in carbohydrate metabolism. Essential for the proliferation of all cells, especially red blood cells and immune cells. Critical for healthy brain function and mood, as low levels are associated with mental illness and cognitive decline. Female baldness has been linked to iron deficiency.

    Vitamin C - Facilitates iron absorption by forming soluble complexes to assist in normalizing iron levels. Important biological antioxidant to protect our body from free radical damage. Increased blood levels of vitamin C are associated with a decrease of overall mortality.
