Infants 0-1 years: 0.5ml | Children 1-2 years: 1-2ml | Children 2-5 years: 2-3ml | Children 5+: 5ml
Under 5 years: give up to 1 hour before bed (including daytime naps). May also be taken during the night.
5 years and older: 3 hours before bed and again 1 hour before bed.
For daytime restlessness or worry: recommended dose 3 times per day.

Each 5ml dose contains:
LEMON BALM extract equivalent to dry leaf 528mg
CHAMOMILE extract equivalent to dry flowers 2382mg
ORANGE essential oil 2.32mg
In a syrup base of chicory root fibre, vegetable glycerine, natural flavours, citric acid and water.
