Adults over 12 years: 5-10ml three to four times daily. Take one hour before meals.

Shake well before use. Swill in mouth for 10 seconds before swallowing. Take straight or in 50ml boiled water as a tea.

Dried herbs: Black Cohosh Root, Wormwood, Vervain, Yellow Dock Root, Turkey Rhubarb Root and Chamomile Flower 111.11mg each, Kumarahou Flower 13.89mg, Cayenne Pepper Fruit, Kelp and Ginger Root 11.11mg each, Licorice Root 5.21mg
Essential oils: Aniseed, Fennel, Clove Bud, Coriander, Lemon, Lime and Cajeput 0.001mg each, plus Iodine 0.83mcg
In a base of Vegetable Glycerine, Irish Moss, Jojoba Oil, Celtic Sea Salt, Citric Acid and Water.

NOT to be taken while pregnant or breastfeeding. Some nausea may occur as the liver cleanses — stop for 1-2 days if this occurs, rest and take peppermint tea, then resume.
