    How to Use: Pour 200ml freshly boiled water over 1 tea bag. Brew for 4–5 minutes. Squeeze the tea bag before removing. Enjoy 2–3 cups per day. Each tea bag can be reused up to 3 times. Bonus: cooled used tea bags can be placed under the eyes for 10 minutes to help reduce puffiness.
