    Lemon Balm - Has a very calming effect on mood and is ideal for people who are prone to anxiety or any type of nervous disorders, tension, irritability, depression or nervous breakdown (adrenal exhaustion). Also helps with any kind of sleep disturbance. Improves cognitive function (memory and concentration) and has an anti-viral action – useful for colds and flu especially from being run down.

    Passionflower soothes and calms, nervous irritability and is also indicated for muscle spasms and tension (eg PMS, period pain). Helps with sleep difficulties and nervous tension resulting from exhaustion, prolonged stress or worry.

    Licorice nourishes the adrenal glands. Helps to normalise lowered adrenal function so helps with fatigue and other disorders associated with low cortisol levels. In traditional herbal medicine licorice is considered an adrenal tonic and is suited for all conditions related to chronic stress.

    Vitamin B1, B2, B3, B5, B6, B12, Biotin, Choline, Inositol and Folic Acid - These are necessary for normal functioning of organs and healthy nerves and nervous system. The need for B vitamins increases during times of stress and infection.

    Vitamin C & E Antioxidants, which help protect the body against damaging stressors called free radicals. In situations of stress, there is a greater need for Vitamin C.
