    Aloe barbadensis (Aloe vera): 250mg

    Linum usitatissimum Seed Fibre (Flaxseed): 200mg

    Apium graveolens (Celery) seed: 100mg

    Psyllium plantago Husk Powder (Psyllium): 200mg

    Chlorella Powder (Chlorella): 100mg

    Apple fibre (Providing Pectin): 100mg

    No added gluten, egg, dairy, yeast, soy, wheat, flavours, sweeteners, colours, or preservatives.

    Cautions:

    Suitable during pregnancy and breastfeeding at the maintenance dose.

    Lowered absorption of medicines may occur when taking concentrated fibre; therefore, it is recommended that Multi Fibre should be taken one hour away from medication.

    Not suitable for vegetarians (gelatin capsule).

    How to use

    Directions:

    Daily maintenance: take 3 capsules every morning with a big glass of water, before food.

    Ideal dose may vary from person to person.

    7-day quick cleanse: take 4 capsules 3 times daily with a big glass of water, before food.

    Ensure adequate fluid intake when taking fibre supplements – 2 litres per day is recommended. Some changes in bowel habits may occur due to increased fibre intake. If any unusual changes occur, including abdominal pain or extended constipation, seek professional advice.
