    Key ingredients:

    Thyme has a relaxing, spasmolytic effect on smooth muscle, therefore is supportive of calming an irritated cough. It’s antibacterial and antiviral properties are ideal to support upper respiratory tract infections. As an expectorant it helps to clear mucus from lungs.

    Elecampane soothes the bronchi and supports clearance of mucus from the airways. Traditionally used in Europe as medicinal plants for respiratory health, Elecampane is a valuable source of active compounds with anti-inflammatory activity.

    Echinacea is a well-known immune supporting herb with anti-viral and antibacterial actions. Studies show the use of Echinacea for the prevention of RTIs and reduction of associated antibiotic usage in children.

    Hoheria is a great alternative to Marshmallow & Slippery Elm, A traditional used New Zealand native herb, Hoheria is rich in mucilage making it ideal for coughs, bronchitis, asthma.

    Schisandra is an adaptogenic stress supporting herb which makes it ideal for those needing extra support with a chronic respiratory condition, as it also has antitussive properties which acts as a cough suppressant.

    Ingredients: (per 5mL liquid)

    Herbal extracts equivalent to dry:

    • Thymus vulgaris (Thyme) Leaf – 200 mg
    • Inula helenium (Elecampane) Root – 500 mg
    • Echinacea purpurea (Echinacea) Root – 500 mg
    • Hoheria populnea (Hoheria) Herb – 200 mg
    • Schisandra chinensis (Schisandra) Fruit – 200 mg

    In a base of vegetable glycerin, purified water, manuka honey and natural blackcurrant powder.
    Contains no more than 3% alcohol.
    Only natural flavours and sweeteners used in this product. No colours or preservatives. No added gluten, egg, dairy, soy, or wheat. Suitable for vegetarians.

    How to use

    Directions:

    • Adults: Take 5mL up to three times daily.
    • Children 9–13 years: Take 5mL up to twice daily.

    • Children 1–4 years: Take 1–2.5mL daily.

    Can be diluted with up to ½ cup of warm water.
    Individual dosages may be altered as professionally advised.
