    Contraindications:

    Possible interference with calcium channel blockers.

    Hypercalcaemia.

    Not to be taken with hyperparathyroidism without medical supervision.

    Take 2 hours away from cholesterol lowering medication (as Vitamin D is fat soluble).

    Safe during pregnancy and breastfeeding.

    Suitable for vegetarians not vegans (cholecalciferol form – sourced from sheep’s lanolin).

    How to use

    Adults and children over 3 years old: Take 1 tablet daily with food or as professionally advised.

    Under 3’s: Crush tablet before taking.
