Adults over 12 years: 5-10ml three to four times daily.
Shake well before use. Swill in mouth for 10 seconds before swallowing. Take straight or added to 50ml of boiled water as a tea.

Each 5ml dose contains:
Dried herbs: Yellow Dock Root, Chickweed and Horsetail 111.11mg each, Marshmallow Root, White Oak Bark and Sarsaparilla Root 55.56mg each, Manuka 50mg, Cayenne Pepper Fruit and Ginger Root 16.67mg each, Kelp 8.33mg, Licorice Root 5.21mg
Essential oils: Rosemary, Clove Bud, Lime and Cinnamon Bark 0.001ml each, plus Iodine 2.08mcg
In a base of Vegetable Glycerine, Irish Moss, Jojoba Oil, Celtic Sea Salt, Citric Acid and Water.
