Adults over 12 years: 5-10ml four to six times daily.
Shake well before use. Swill in mouth for 10 seconds before swallowing. Best taken straight, or added to 50ml of boiled water as a tea.

Essential oils: Rosemary, Juniper Berry, Clove Bud, Pine Bark, Cedarwood, Lemon, Peppermint and Eucalyptus 0.0021ml each
In a base of Vegetable Glycerine, Irish Moss, Jojoba Oil, Celtic Sea Salt, Citric Acid and Water.
