Vira Guard Syrup (adults 12+): Acute support: 5–10ml at first sign of symptoms, then 5–10ml up to 5 times per day. Everyday support: 5ml twice daily. Can be taken long-term.

Children's Vira Guard (0–12 years): Infants 0-1 years: 0.5ml | Children 1-2 years: 1-2ml | Children 2-5 years: 2-3ml | Children 5+: 5ml. Maintenance: 3 times per day. If unwell: 5 times per day.

Vira Guard Syrup (200ml): Each 5ml dose contains ELDERBERRY extract equivalent to fresh berries 4064mg, OLIVE LEAF extract equivalent to dry leaf 2286mg, ECHINACEA extract equivalent to dry root 858mg. In a syrup base of chicory root fibre, vegetable glycerine, natural flavours, citric acid and water.

Children's Vira Guard (200ml): Each 5ml dose contains ELDERBERRY extract equivalent to fresh berries 1719mg, ECHINACEA extract equivalent to dry root 759mg, OLIVE LEAF extract equivalent to dry leaf 661mg. In a syrup base of chicory root fibre, vegetable glycerine, natural flavours, citric acid and water.

Vira Guard Syrup: Suitable to take while pregnant or breastfeeding. Not for children under 12 — use Children's Vira Guard.
