Vitamin C Syrup: Adults (12+): 10ml once daily | Children (6-12): 5ml | Young children (1-5): 1ml. Avoid hot drinks — heat destroys Vitamin C.

Iron Boost Syrup: Adults: 5ml three times per day OR 15ml once per day | Children 1-5 years: 5ml per day | Children 5-10 years: 5ml twice per day | Children 10+ years: 5ml two to three times per day.

Vitamin C Syrup (200ml): Each 10ml dose contains WILD HARVESTED SEA BUCKTHORN extract equivalent to fresh berries 144,500mg, standardised to contain 650mg Vitamin C (ascorbic acid). In a syrup base of chicory root fibre, vegetable glycerine, natural flavours, thaumatin, citric acid and water.

Iron Boost Syrup (200ml): Each 5ml dose contains ASHWAGANDHA extract equivalent to dry root 857mg, CODONOPSIS extract equivalent to dry root 486mg, NETTLE extract equivalent to dry leaf 1350mg, IRON amino acid chelate equivalent to elemental iron 7mg. In a syrup base of fruit and vegetable concentrates including organic NZ blackcurrant, spinach, organic beetroot, organic carrot, blood orange, chicory root fibre, vegetable glycerine, natural flavours, citric acid and water.

Vitamin C Syrup: Not a replacement for a healthy balanced diet. Safe in pregnancy and breastfeeding. Avoid taking with tea, coffee or caffeinated drinks. If taking antibiotics, take at least 2 hours before or after.

Iron Boost Syrup: Safe while pregnant and breastfeeding. Avoid coffee, caffeinated drinks and high-calcium foods for at least 1 hour after taking.
