    Shoden® Ashwagandha is a clinically proven, high potency extract from both the root and leaf, providing 35% Withanolide glycosides; the active compound in Ashwagandha. Its GABA-mimetic activity therefore has been shown to support the reduction of anxiety, as well as lower cortisol levels, it also supports the adrenal glands. It also acts as an immune tonic and promotes better sleep for everyday health and well-being. It is widely used in herbal medicine as a general support tonic during times of extra stress and demand.
