    Key ingredients in Good Health Kids Magnesium:

    Aquamin® Marine Magnesium is derived naturally from the clean waters off the Irish coast. During the process, prepared calcium oxide reacts with the magnesium in seawater to precipitate magnesium hydroxide. The magnesium hydroxide is washed repeatedly with fresh water and dried to a fine powder.

    Magnesium quality depends not only on source and elemental magnesium content, but also on its bioavailability; the ability of magnesium to be absorbed and utilised by the body. Aquamin Marine Magnesium contains 72 additional trace minerals which work synergistically to give a powerful boost to the action of the Magnesium.

    Vitamin D3: increases the absorption of magnesium, zinc. Getting enough vitamin D is important for normal growth and development of bones and teeth.

    Vitamin C: helps to protect the immune system and acts an antioxidant.

    Zinc: Is a cofactor for magnesium absorption in the body. Is an essential mineral that supports normal growth during childhood and immunity and is necessary for healthy skin and repair.

    Marine Magnesium Hydroxide

    Cholecalciferol (Vitamin D3): 100IU

    Vitamin C (from Sodium Ascorbate 59mg): 50mg

    Zinc Gluconate (Equiv. Zinc – 1 mg): 7.75mg
